(Occupational/Environ. Med) Program Objectives Through a series of
lectures and case discussions, participants will be provided with a wide
variety of up-to-date practical information that can be easily applied to
their everyday medical practice. The program will feature
outstanding speakers who are experts in their fields, addressing issues of
concern and interest to attendees. Topics will have particular appeal to the
physicians who practice in the areas of occupational and environmental
medicine, aerospace medicine, disability and impairment evaluations, and
public health/general preventive medicine. Through the didactic sessions,
refreshment breaks and various social activities, opportunities are provided
for participants to interact and learn from their colleagues. The AOCOPM reserves the right to make necessary changes to the program
without notice to the attendees. Basic Course in Occupational
Medicine Part II of the three-part
“Basic Course in Occupational and Environmental Medicine” will be held on
Wednesday, March 26, 2008. A Pre-test and Post-test are required and will be conducted

eligibility requirements necessary to sit for the AOA-approved Certificate of
Added Qualification (CAQ) in Occupational/Environmental Medicine. The Parts do not need to be taken in
sequence. The information is also available on the AOBPM website at
www.aobpm.org. For eligibility requirements contact
